Empower yourself by strengthening your ability to tolerate uncertainty and change. Instead of clinging to how you want things to be or how you think they are “supposed” to be, learn how to be present, lean into what is, adapt, and overcome.
Don’t let what happened in the past, or what could happen in the future, distract you from giving your best right now. What you do in the present is all you can control. So take a deep breath and be where your feet are.
When you get knocked down:
- Surround yourself with your go-to people.
- Identify what you need to do to get back on your feet.
- Reconnect to your why.
- Understand that you will be bombarded with negative thoughts. You don’t have to believe them.
On the other side of the difficulty is a new level of your destiny. Nothing is random. If you’ll stay in faith, all things are going to work for your good.
I’ve been extremely blessed with teammates who have grown to be my sisters and coaches who have become my biggest supporters. I wouldn’t have wanted to spend my freshman year of college with any other people💙

Passionate is crazy only to those who don’t have a passion.
Find something you love, and pursue it with a fervor that will give your days purpose and your lives passion.
