Yesterday Nick Marshall and Gerrit Visser competed in the Men’s Hammer Throw at NAIA Outdoor Nationals and BOTH cracked the Top 10.

Gerrit Visser had 5 out of his 6 throws be personal bests on the season. He threw 58.81m on his 4th throw to place 6th in the nation and become the first thrower All-American for Missouri Valley since 1998. On top of that, Gerrit hit the “B” standard for German Senior Nationals!

Nick threw a personal best of 54.75m moving him up 9 shots in the standings placing him 10th, one spot away from making finals!

After a bit of an unexpected start and some of our seniors graduating on Saturday, the track team took on the conference meet and walked away with 13 athletes with All-Conference honors, a Conference Champion and a Facility Record 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼#ValleyWillRoll
