This isn't true. There is a standby reserve of 60m rune which could be deployed (and prob will be one day)

Also, the amount of block rewards emitted is calculated

Assuming the reserve has no income or expenses (which neither are true), it would take 150 years, non-coincidentally is similiar to the number of years it would take bitcoin to stop emitting new BTC to miners

But the reserve does have income and expenses, and eventually the income and block rewards will be the same and therefore the reserve would be infinite while maintaing a hard capped supply of the token.
