And our final set of flapjacks goes to the man from Monroeville, Jimmy Clingman. He was on fire in the second half with three back-to-back buckets from the corner and 17 points. #BCSNE @mhsgoeagles @SpyReportOH

Predicted by many before season started to be a .500 team, these guys won 15 games this year which is 2nd most wins for Monroeville in last 39 years. Back to back sectional Champs! Basketball is back @ Mville

Great win for the Eagles!

[Mark Hazelwood @SRNRHazelwood]

Monroeville (6-4, 5-2) played a really strong game with a 76-46 win over St. Paul (6-4, 4-2). Crestview owns a two-game lead over everyone, but the Eagles looked the part tonight.

Congratulations! Tough decision made. Now its time to finish your senior year strong!

[Aidan Goodwin @AidanG2023]

I’d like to announce my commitment to @CoachMcGreal and the rest of the Altoona squad.

Huge thanks to all of the coaches that believed in me and helped me get here.
Let’s go🙏. @iancle1 @IAM3Basketball @CoachNoelroman @TweetsbyCoachP @the_goodwin6 @BillyHeyen

Eagle Basketball had a great month of June culminating with a 4 and 1 record at the College of Wooster shootout. Only team to beat us was D1 Youngstown Boardman. With seniors Jimmy Clingman and Aidan Goodwin leading the team, future looks bright!!!

Congratulations Isaac and Stacey!

The College of Wooster, one of the top D3 schools in the country, is getting the 2nd Team All-State & Firelands Conference MVP. Tremendous accomplishment for an all-time Eagle great. Congrats Isaac!

[Monroeville HS @mhsgoeagles]

Congratulations! Thank you for being a great example to our student body that hard work pays off. You have always represented your teams & school with class and humility. We are so excited to see what you will accomplish next. Good luck & remember that you are #foreveraneagle.

A second @OhioBuckets makes a commitment today.

2022 Isaac Roeder (@IsaacRoeder) commits to D3 Wooster. The Monroeville (@mhsgoeagles) product has littered the halls of his high school with records and accolades over his four year career.

[Monroeville Eagles Basketball @Mville_Hoops]

Congratulations Isaac Roeder on being selected 2nd Team All-Ohio! Well deserved. Best in Eagle history!

[Monroeville Eagles Basketball @Mville_Hoops]

Hate to see this Eagle flying the nest! Where is he flying to????

[Monroeville Eagles Basketball @Mville_Hoops]

Wrestlers and Basketball players...EAGLES. CHAMPIONS.UNITED

[Monroeville Eagles Basketball @Mville_Hoops]

Sectional Champs. 18-5. Only the 4th team in Monroeville history to win 18 games. We are not done yet.

[Monroeville Eagles Basketball @Mville_Hoops]

In 1976 I cut down the nets when Mville won sectionals. That was nice. It doesn't compare to the feeling a coach has when his players realize the same achievement. Eagle nation be proud of this team...I know I am!

[Monroeville Eagles Basketball @Mville_Hoops]

It was our time.

[Monroeville Eagles Basketball @Mville_Hoops]

Thanks for Eagle nation for your support. The MAC was rocking last nite! Lost by 24 at their place, should have won at ours. It "will" make us stronger!
