Dear $OMI friends.
5 things were needed to drive OMI…
1) Utility on VEVE,
2) Big exchanges,
3) Ease of use,
4) Huge daily burns,
5) Timing. (Sprint. Not marathon.)

The question remains if VEVE implements 1-4 over the next 12 months, is there still time on the clock 5?

I never sold a single OMI. I’ve always said diversify and hold no asset (other than your personal residence) that’s more than 5-10% of your total portfolio… especially something that’s highly speculative, without fundamentals and completely out of your control. Moreover, I felt compelled to hold. I didn’t want to profit, when I felt so tied to the community.

I wish success for $OMI. It was a brilliant idea, and the original timing was phenomenal. The burns were so freaking fun. Computing how many months until the entire supply was gone. We were just years away. What a freaking blast!

I’m hopeful for the success of the team, but I’m more hopeful for the success of those who stuck it out on the consumer end.

Father Time is brutal… and, in business, Father Timing is relentless.

When OMI to NFT is traded openly (new purchases and secondary market purchases), the trading is extremely obvious (no instructions needed), the asset can be purchased on the largest exchanges, and burns are implemented across the board with many of us originals cheering them on… that’s the day we can ask the question of timing.

Until 1-4 is in play, we’ll never know 5. But, like I’ve always said… sprint.

I wish you all success. And, if the one learning is diversification, I wish you resilience and many, many more exciting days ahead taking fun, measured decisions. ❤️

Since all accounts are now KYC'd, we'd love to see transfers back.

What about enabling transfers for users that hit a certain MCP level? We've heard community members discuss this in the past. This would be a great reward for collectors.

What level do you believe should enable transfers in your account?
