May be the @Kenyajudiciary and @ODPP_KE should appraise Kenyans...what happened to the case of the MP from Ukambani who made illegal power connection and when the illegal connection was discovered he started beating up employees of @KenyaPower. I remember he was taken to court. Was the case concluded? Was he jailed? Which prison is he serving his sentence...I want visit him...or was he released after doing that "Kenyan thing"

To add to what my friend @RobertAlai has posted on the current state of Garissa - Modogashe Road, the 145 KM road was built at a cost of us$134.5m ( now about Kshs. 20, 175, 000, 000/=): about Kshs. 140m per KM. A basic two lane tarmac road costs average Kshs. 30m. A road of Kshs. 140m per kilometer must be World 1st class road that can last 100 years! To build such road that doesn’t last ten years is open theft & corruption … The Contractor, the then Road Engineer & the then Regulators at KeNHA, KRB & Construction Authority must be arrested & forced to reimburse the money tenfold.
