Yesterday while i was walking home from work some stranger held my hand for a second with four fingers i checked my hand to see what he had done to me but i didn't see anything. I looked back and the guy was looking at me smiling...

I didn't think much of it and kept on walking... Since its a busy road and he might have been a pick pocket...
But i got home and when i went to change i found this three dots on the same spot that stranger had touched. They seem like dots of blood. I feel like I've been marked
