Hey @Safaricom_Care @SafaricomPLC here is a solution I found for the one app. Uninstall the app if it auto updated from M-pesa to One App. Install it, turn off wifi, turn on data, activate the app (if you have private relay turn it off), once everything is good, you can use WiFi
