A 70-year-old man was charged with attempted murder after he tried to drown a 21-year-old man on crutches at a residents-only lake in Hopkinton, Massachusetts, over a dispute about access to the lake.
According to a Hopkinton police report, Dana shouted at a group of young men that it was "time to go," referring to the group riding a jet ski on the lake
The group and Dana shout back and forth, with Dana eventually walking up to the group to confront them, according to officials
"Are you going to beat up a cripple?" one of Duffy's friends reportedly asked Dana.
"I don't care, I'll take a cripple." Dana responded, according to the report.
Speaking with NewsCenter 5, the victim, Matthew Duffy, said he feared for his life.
"I was so scared for my life because I can't fight back, I broke practically everything and this guy's on top of me under the water, I can't see what's going on, I can't fight back," Duffy said
Steven Dana was charged with an attempt to murder, two counts of strangulation/suffocation, and assault and battery on a disabled person.
Lost in the debate over Melania Trump’s connections to the Epstein network is this exchange:
Steve Bannon asks Jeffrey Epstein whether Ivana Trump was a “Madame Claude associate.
Epstein replies that Madame Claude “only took educated women” and then explained how she sent them to accent reduction classes. Epstein called it a “brilliant op.”
Read the files for yourself. They’re often stranger than the headlines.
This is so insanely corrupt, I can’t even believe it.
More than half the donors to Trump’s $400 million White House ballroom just won over $50 billion in new federal contracts in six months.
And here’s the part that should make your blood boil.
Sixteen of these 27 donors were facing federal enforcement actions, antitrust reviews, labor cases, securities charges. Many of those cases have been quietly dropped or scaled back since Trump took office. You write a check, your legal problems disappear. That’s not a coincidence.
The White House won’t even release the full donor list. They’re hiding it on purpose, because daylight is the one thing pay-to-play can’t survive. A federal judge already ruled ballroom construction has to stop until Congress authorizes it.
Government is supposed to serve the people, not auction itself off to the highest bidder. When access goes to whoever pays the most, working families always end up paying the price.
We either end the corruption, or the corruption will end us.

Don’t forget: the complete Epstein files were due 167 days ago. A congressional deadline is being ignored by the DOJ.
Epstein survivors waited decades to be heard.
Every day the files remain withheld raises the same question:
Who benefits from this?
At some point, the delay itself becomes part of the betrayal to Americans.
NEW
Leon Black paid Jeffrey Epstein $158 million.
Now Leon Black’s son oversees a federal investment agency controlling more than $200 billion.
Epstein may be gone but the network he was embedded within is rapidly concentrating power. 🧵
🇺🇸 Trump: “If I met the new Ayatollah, I would be honored…”
🇮🇷 Iran: “We don’t talk or compromise with pedophiles.”
Straight rejection. Iran refuses to entertain the clown.
Albanians are fighting harder against their land being stolen to build Epstein Island 2 than Americans ever fought against our CEOs, politicians, and presidents being in the Epstein files and raping children.
What Albanians are doing is extraordinary. Time for us to do the same!
"Deeply offensive": Florida GOP Rep. Kat Cammack slams Trump's slush fund, saying she'd never support a fund that pays people who assaulted cops.
The dam is breaking.
BREAKING: In an incredible moment, Congressman Brendan Boyle just silenced Scott Bessent for trying to blame Joe Biden for today's inflation. The American people aren't having MAGA's BS anymore.
Sec. Marco Rubio sat in front of Congress today and couldn’t acknowledge that Trump’s net worth jumped from $2.1B to $6.5B while in office. Rep. Olszewski told him he might need a new pair of glasses…
🚨WOW! Trump just LOST IT on CNN’s Kaitlan Collins for asking if the $1.8 billion DOJ slush fund is on hold or completely dead.
"You should be ashamed of yourself, you used to be a Conservative...
It was the greatest thing because people like you have abused our people so badly, like CNN, the NYT, oh my god.”
Then he started rambling and gushing about the Jan. 6 rioters.
"There was so much love and friendship; it was amazing people were crying.
"Those people have been abused by you."
We're witnessing on live TV the downfall of a powerful narcissist who's used to everything going his way.
