🇺🇬 SSENYONYI PRESSES MINISTERS TO BE PRESENT AND ANSWER PARLIAMENT

Leader of the Opposition Joel Ssenyonyi has urged Ministers to be more present in Parliament, saying Members from both sides often raise questions only to find the responsible Ministers absent.

He says the Government Chief Whip should not have to keep chasing Ministers to respond to parliamentary business, arguing that even an unsatisfactory answer is better than no answer at all.
