@Boingingallover @CJHall83 First and foremost regarding the formation how many shots did Derby have ? Even their goal was our mistake , we were solid if unspectacular , and one of our subs who was absolutely atrocious on Tuesday scored so I will take that and move onto next week.

@stephensroad10 @WbaFormer Sometimes you need to a Derek mcinnes to get in the dressing room and lift the standards , I saw it with my own eyes down at great Barr that guy brought a different attitude and dimension to the training he led the way the others followed .

@chrislepkowski Look at the goalkeeping Chris , as that is the starting point for me , nearly every shot on target goes in , Ramsey can ask for myhills advice but everything I see from the gk tells me the coaching is sub standard .
