Some England thoughts that no one asked for!

I think we setup up to defensively for a game where we’re going to have 80% possession in.

Switching O’rielly for Spence and basically playing 2 holding midfielders made us slow on the ball.

Gordon and Madueke both stank the place out. They have a role to play in this tournament but this wasn’t the game for them. Rashford MUST start against Panama for me

Bellingham was anonymous. Looked like he had never seen a low block in his life. I do expect him to be much more suited to the bigger nations where he can chase the ball around for 90 mins.

Kane lived off scraps all game but when we needed him he missed…a running theme.
