(3) Strategy aligned with the funnel (sales) + a qualified audience (SEO and product-market fit) + retention metrics (reciprocal LTV) is rare AF.
@KovachR Nice man, I think the missing piece that CRM nails is cleaning the list for things like refunds and less attractive finance orders etc if the economics aren't as warm. A nice combo is negative CRM shitty audience LAL paired with positive pixel audiences.
