@mr_alfredb Weight/Cross train. I was told to do this when I prepped for the Manchester Marathon in 2021 and I didn’t. Thought running would be enough. I was so wrong and I suffered for it (worst torso pain in the 24 hours after 😂
Also jsut enjoy it!
@legophysicsguy Do all past paper questions given to you (as an ex A-Level student, now teacher!).
Cleared out some old paperwork, found an empty question pack on static mechanics. Calcs of parallel and perp components was hard 4 me and I avoided it. Big regret in summer
Apparently it is #WorldPhotographyDay2023 (thanks for the message @BumblebeeTrust!)
Snapped some of these beauties at Felbrigg Hall. Always nice to brighten the feed with flowers and bees.
Seen so many dogs being walked in the middle of the day in this heat.
Do these owners not remember all the warnings and notices from last summer about heat and dog walking?
Our Music department has been shortlisted!🥳🎶👏
Congratulations to the @LboroSchFdt Music department, which has been shortlisted for the Independent Schools of the Year awards; this is a fantastic achievement by the department and everyone involved!

Hi @TheParksTrust
As wild ponies, Konik ponies are highly unlikely to eat the fresh, growing ragwort - they know it’s not good!
It is only dangerous when dried and in hay so should be removed from hay meadows.
Trust nature - it’s got it figured out.
Help us remove ragwort at #FloodplainForestNatureReserve, the place that #KonikPonies call home🐎
Take part in our efforts to remove as many of these poisonous plants that can be dangerous to livestock and horses on Saturday 29th July!

It looks much better pre-mowing. Why must we have a need for short grass?
+ longer grass & flowers have deep roots and help soil retain its moisture - crucial during hot summers/unpredictable rainfall. Saw this with brown buzzcut grass vs deep green untouched last summer.
If this is happening country wide it explains why I have a significant drop in insects in my garden compared to this year.
Keep paths clear but leave the rest! @EnvAgency
Just days ago I was watching so many pollinators feeding and caterpillars growing. Also loving the newly sown Yellow Rattle establishing. Today all destroyed!!
Absolutely no reason for it! Makes me feel sick.

@EDO_teach I have nearly finished circular motion and will be starting SHM in 2 weeks. Taught all the mechanics and materials for year 1 and it is a noce step up applying familiar principles.
Save the date... On Saturday 17 June, year 12 music scholar Joseph will be performing the Reinecke Flute Concerto with the Loughborough Orchestra at Emmanuel Church - tickets are here: https://t.co/U8McRjmoCr
or on the door.
Australia’s entry in #Eurovision2023 is making me realise that Eurovision is lacks boomwhackers. If any entry brings boomwhackers next year I will go feral
