2. The increased disposable income causes people to spend more on goods and services.

3. Due to the lack of government initiatives that improve production, goods and services can’t keep up with demand.

4. Due to increased demand, businesses raise prices.

5. As prices rise, workers demand higher wages to maintain their standard of living.

6. Due to higher wages, production costs increase, causing businesses to further increase prices.

7. Repeat ad-nauseam.

This is an over-simplified scenario that is meant to get you to think about inflation and why Ayuda is ultimately bad for you.
