He had it all, a wife, kids, home, a life. But Noooooo he just really wanted a young 25yo woman. Now he appears in court for murder and crying over it because he lost his kids, his wife because he killed her and his little 25yo fling, and he lost his freedom. He showed up in court today and the look on his face still crying tells me he will most likely kill himself in prison. The woman he had an affair with should also be charged and not use the "i was young and stupid" excuse. She said she wants her wife dead and he killed her because he didn't want to get a divorce. Amazingly stupid people.

Sorry Benny, I like you, but I respectfully disagree with you on this one. You are confusing the joy, happiness and gift of having another child, but with the knowledge that you will go into debt and could risk financial hardship on the rest of the family. It makes perfect sense for people with a great income, even 2 incomes of two parents. However, for people who are not at your level of financial success, there are many families homeless, kids are being taken into foster care, parents killing their children, all mostly because of financial stress and hardship, but a person knowing any of those things can happen because you are already financially strapped and you choose to have another child would be irresponsible. I completely understand the amazing gift to having a 4th child, but I think if you know you are already in some financial hardship and in debt or serious debt, then I think you should stop at 3. At least until you know you are financial okay, and have the means to not go into debt by having a 4th child. And I'm not talking about unplanned or abortions, I'm talking about just knowing you want a 4th child but you are already in debt, then perhaps you should not have another child. Also, I understand that people might have friends and other family members that could help with taking the child in or help financially etc.. but I'm only going based on having a 4th child and you taking responsibility of the outcome yourself without any help. I just think it's a fine line between be responsible/cautious vs irresponsible, debt and bad outcomes for the child and the current family you have. I'm not saying having a child is a burden, im just saying that statistically, low income homes and families don't end very well. Just my opinion Benny.

If you came into the country illegally, then you have already committed a crime. But the most ridiculous excuse that people are arguing is alot of illegals have been in the country for over 40 years. Then that means you have had 40 years to become an American citizen and you haven't. Which means they never wanted to become a citizen but wanted all the rights as a citizen and keep doing illegal things. It doesn't take 40 years to become a citizen.

This case is similar to the 1981 case "The Devil Made Me Do It" everyone can look it up. Now if Clancy is not criminally convinced, then you might as well release every other person who has killed children and blamed it on "the paranormal told me to do it", or "the medication made me do it". There is enough evidence showing that Clancy was competent and knew what she was doing. You cannot use her excuse because it will be open season on mothers killing children. Another small detail I will add/opinion, is that Clancy was very very over protective of the children, she couldn't even allow them at school because she didn't want to be without them at any time. Now some may call that just being a mother, but the way I see it, she didn't think her children were safe anywhere without her. Therefore, when she was in thee hospital, she said the children are safe now, which leads me to believe that she couldn't be without them in life, and she probably wanted to die herself but she wanted the kids to go with her, so she killed them, then tried killing herself to be with them. Either way, all the signs and evidence leading up to the killing, shows that she knew what she was doing and probably didn't think she would survive it all. Do not underestimate an over protective parent that that might want to take her own life but can't even allow her children to live without her. Which means if she is going to die, then she will take her children with her because in her mind, they are her kids and they belong with her, even in death. But this is all speculation and opinions. Clancy killed 3 children, she admits she killed 3 children, that alone should have her criminally convinced and 3 life sentences or a death penalty. If Clancy is not found criminally guilty, then it's open season on innocent children. Already another Mother has killed her 2yo child and the police find her texting about the Clancy trial before she killed her 2yo child. So it's already beginning. Clancys condition has no excuse because the evidence shows she knew what she was doing, and how to do it. Again, just my opinion on the matter.

You need to understand what you are saying. I said not to say "Catholic" it can be used against him. Then you reply with "the fact he brought his own religious beliefs into his decision means he wasn't following the evidence" Then I said you proved my point saying that. Now you say you don't care about if he says Catholic or Christian its not about dumb beliefs. But you already said in your first comment that he brought his own beliefs into his decision. Sorry for the truth people. A man cannot become a biological woman or vice verser. The only way is to have a full brain transplant. By removing the brain from a man's body and transferring it into a woman's body, you will now have all the organs, skin, hair, eyes, even DNA, everything of a fully biological woman. The brain carries thoughts, consciousness, memories, speech, everything you are is within the brain itself, except the body and all it's features and organs. However, a full brain transplant is not possible because nobody has figured out how to remove a brain from the spinal cord, and transfer it into another body. Therefore, what you are born with is what you will be for the rest of your life. That's why doctors only remove small body parts and give you medications to ease your way of thinking of your brain to make you feel better. It's nothing but a trick and I'm sorry but a man will never become a biological woman. To have all the parts, organs, bone density, even DNA of a biological woman, is to transfer the brain itself into that body. Theoretically, you should have all your memories, thoughts, consciousness, everything you had as a man, but now transferred into a biological woman's body. However, it will never happen because nobody knows how to do it. The other issue is actually finding 2 living people, one man and one woman, and both agree to have their brains switched, then living with that decision for the rest of your life, and if you even survive the procedure, you have to be sure you wanted that type of body and all its features because you can't switch back. So unless there is a magical surgeon out there somewhere, I'm sorry but you are what you were born with and you can't change that. You can think and act like a woman, but you are Not a woman. Not to mention the legal and unethical ramifications would be completely insane. I'm sorry if the truth hurts.
