@wmorrill3@Tesla Closest supercharger to my house is 30 minutes away. Pretty worthless and also costs me a fortune in lost billable time. Could care less about free supercharging.
Awesome, congrats on selling a light bar. Now, let’s try a new trick. Focus on fixing your current fleet that has bad PCS modules. 6 weeks with no charging at home. Nothing says we care out our customers more than offering new products while current customers suffer…
@Tesla@cybertruck
@cybertruck@uhasib Flagship… That’s a joke. Selling new “flagship” vehicles while current owners can’t charge due to faulty PCS modules. Take care of your customers who spent more than 110k on a “Flagship” model.
@Tesla@cybertruck@elonmusk
@uhasib@mrfundman Nothing says I care about my customers more than offering for sale off-road light bars today. Why not fix the problems you have before trying to get more revenue out of your customers.

@cybertruck Yeah, because nothing says ‘reliable off-road’ like dropping cash on a light bar while my Cybertruck’s PCS is on eternal backorder.
Fix the trucks first, then we’ll talk brightness. 🔥

Respect the supply chain realities — I design, build, and support industrial power electronics (including high-power conversion systems) for my own engineering firm, so I get it.
What I don’t get is 5+ weeks (and counting) of backordered PCS parts while my truck is stuck with limited charging. No home charger here means every top-off costs me ~$500+ in lost billable hours on 40+ min round trips.
They have a CM who manufactures boards for them, direct some to new cars and some to repairs.
This isn’t just supply — it’s execution and support. Owners shouldn’t be bleeding time and money this long. @Tesla@cybertruck
Woohoo free charging. When are they paying for my lost time that I can no longer offer to my customers because I have to drive over 30 minutes to a supercharger then over an hour to charge 3-4 times a week. I’m over 25k in lost billable hours at this point.
Tesla customer service is a joke at this point.
@tesla@cybertruck
@aaronnst@Tesla@cybertruck Nope they refuse to because there is no eta on parts. 4th Tesla vehicle I have owned and will never recommend them again. Hope you have better luck. Every cybertruck seems to be having this issue at some point now. @Tesla@cybertruck
@Tesla@cybertruck
PCS failure has me running public charging detours for weeks (no home charger). Still have the truck but every session costs me ~$500+ in lost billable hours.
Please reply with the address to mail my invoice for time and productivity losses.
Enough with the backorder excuses
@CY3RTRK PCS failure gang 😭
Mine’s doing the same 24A limited charging crap. Still have the truck but no home charger turns every plug-in into a painful 40+ min detour + lost billable hours.
Warranty or not, this sucks. Hope yours gets sorted quick
@tesla@cybertruck
Welcome to the club, Mark 😭
Mine’s been sitting at service for 6+ weeks now on the same PCS backorder nightmare. Started as ‘a few days,’ now it’s basically a hostage situation.
No home charging here either, so I’m out here doing 40-min round trips + an hour of lost billable time just to keep it alive.
That 2-month wait sounds about right. Tesla service math is something else. Sending thoughts, prayers, and strongly worded emails on your behalf 😂
@tesla@cybertruck
50k miles and the warranty just said ‘peace out.’
My PCS already failed and I’ve still got the truck… but no home charger means I’m out here doing 40-min+ charging runs like it’s a part-time job.
Thoughts and prayers for your PCS, mine’s clearly not listening 😂

Another one joins the fleet! This is a great day… for now.
Mine ordered the full ‘ruin your week’ package when the PCS died and it’s been held hostage not being able to charge. Nice to know Tesla will sell new vehicles while they make oners wait months for parts.
Enjoy the honeymoon phase while it lasts 😭
