I stated that medical equipment only needs to be enriched to 20% because the American Nuclear Society says that all medical isotope producers worldwide are moving to make 20% the expected norm due to nuclear proliferation. You can FFS all you want, but for the 14 countries that do not have nuclear weapons, but are certified and inspected by IAEA to enrich uranium to 20%, only Iran has chosen to break that barrier and prohibits the inspection of all there sites.
