I’ve been waiting on a refund for over a month and they keep on transferring me to random people that can’t do anything and when they say they’ll call me back, they don’t. Garbage.

I canceled a purchase made on the Apple Card and I still haven’t received my refund of a month later. Every time I call they just transfer me to different people that can’t solve the problem. And lie about calling back
