Not sure if it’s 20tele you’re talking to?
Please ask us for your Security Code.
In the new world of AI voice cloning, it’s extremely easy to be fooled. If you’re really speaking to someone from 20tele, we will end the call or remote session immediately. There will be no further discussion and no delay. We will then await contact from you with absolutely no follow up.
If the caller persists by phone or email, or any other means of communication, then it isn’t us. No matter what the calling number or email address, both of which can be spoofed. You must treat a failed Security Code challenge as a serious red flag and alert us as a matter of urgency, so we can take action to safeguard your account.
There is no Security Code.
