@bigbasket_com Worst service ever. No improvement even after multiple complaints. Money will be debited from the wallet even for undelivered products and will not be returned until the customer asks. Even after reaching out to customer support they will debit the money again.

This has happened to me multiple times now. If we don't keep a track of our billing we will be loosing money which is really disgusting.

@bigbasket_com This happened to me around 5 times recently and still I have some money that has to be credited to my account. You don't deliver products, you unnecessarily debit the amount for which customer has to waste their time and connect with you to get the money back. The worst service.

@bigbasket_com Customer has to check their wallet on timely basis and reach out to customer support to get the money back. Even after doing this, the money that is credited will be debited again. And again the fight happens with customer support to get the money back.

@bigbasket_com I don't think so you can meet the customer satisfaction with this ground level of service. Despite me reaching out and complaining multiple times, my products are still not getting delivered. Not even sure how many customers are suffering like me with your services.
