Other than that: Plant milk, pasta, sauce, prepackaged, processed, too overly healthy foods (like grains and international foods)...

Will break the bank.

Recently purchased the date oil, papaya oil, and a few more.

I promote simple hair maintenance for the type 4/coily hair crowd.

Meaning you don't need to obsess over your hair neat 24/7 in order for it to look "neat".

4c isn't meant to be neat in order to grow, be accepted into society, etc

You don't need to be neat to be natural!

Why is it normalized to wash type 4/4c hair once or twice a month?

All that sweat, product build up, debre in your heads.

And a lot of us don't use straight ingredients, we use products with synthetic lubricants that causes hormonal disruption, water rebellion, itchiness etc.
