लोकतंत्र में शांतिपूर्ण प्रदर्शन करना नागरिकों का संवैधानिक अधिकार ह��। अगर यही परिपाटी बनी तो आगे से प्रदर्शन करने वाले वकीलों पर, डॉक्टर्स पर, शिक्षकों पर, जजों पर, हक-अधिकार के लिए लड़ रहे छात्रों-युवाओं, महिलाओं और किसानों पर भी क्या बीजेपी सरकारें AK-47 से गोलियां चलवायेंगी?

कल को कोई भी पुलिसकर्मी किसी भी नेता, मंत्री, मुख्यमंत्री पर भी कभी भी कहीं भी अकारण गोली चला सकता है? क्या ऐसे मामलों में सिर्फ गोली चलाने वाला ही दोषी होगा? उस जिले के SP और उच्च अधिकारियों को अविलंब सस्पेंड करना चाहिए? गृहमंत्री की जवाबदेही तय होनी चाहिए अन्यथा प्रदेश में अराजक स्थिति उत्पन्न हो जाएगी। अपराधी प्रवृति के व्यक्ति को जनता ने बिहार का मुख्यमंत्री नहीं चुना था। यह Elected नहीं Selected CM है।
