Broke away from 3W VAL at NYO. Importantly, we were unable to break back within VA during late afternon.
To see high 70's again, this will need to be reclaimed. Fast.
Worryingly, we're also trading beneath PM VAH and now under May VAL.
Atm = not good.
@Trikoooo@TraderMorin@Trader_XO Last week FRVP w/ TPO levels overlapped and last week TPO levels with FRVP overlapped. In terms of time and volume, price has traded within a definable area.
@Trikoooo@TraderMorin@Trader_XO FRVP measures total trading activity (volume) over a period of time (from where you selected); TPO (Time Priced Opportunity) profile measures the amount of time price has spent at each level. Each level is configured as a time block, usually 30 minutes.
Not surprised to see many alts to partially pullback tbh - as is generally the case when heading into uncertainty around CPI or FOMC...
Key for me now in terms of context is that Bitcoin is trading below
- Previous weeks vwap
- Developing weekly vwap
- Developing monthly vwap
Session wise - failure to find acceptance back above the latter two then my expectation is that we should in theory trade down into previous weeks low... which is what I positioned for on Sunday night along with some alts.
Otherwise not much else that I'm interested in at present - mainly talking to myself on here if anything...
But pleased with the perfomance so far since coming back to trading in sept - still early days and anticipating a decent month in terms of macro driven volatility.
PPI Figures smashed price through POC (and PW VWAP). Unable to auction beneath CVAL & PW VAL - sell-off fully retraced as buyers defended the lows.
Contemplated a long here, as per weekly prep, however was cautious of CPI print tomorrow and potential volatiltity.

Neatly sandwiched between comp VAH and POC since Weekly Open.
POC in confluence with PW VWAP capping downside. Rangebound and steady as we approach PPI & Jobless Claims tomorrow and CPI data on Friday
Yesterdays ridiculous breakaway from multi-week/month values means I'm seeking continuation plays.
Deviation of lows, into key levels (single prints and Yearly VWAP) for a potential move back up to the highs. Check out @RektProof attached PA Concepts for a full breakdown.

Price broke above so you'd want to stay on the side of the trend and look for continuation setups on ranges that form; look for the deviation on the low
2 significant fvg marked out + monthly npoc above

Monthly - full rotation from PM VAH to DM VAL, where price has paused. PM VWAP downside target, if sellers can maintain.
Weekly - Similarly, a full rotation from PW VAH to PW VAL - brief retracement to PW VWAP, before continuing to slide. Near perfect PA.
Weekly - another clean rotation. Support found at PW VAL, before retracing back to PW (and DW) VWAP. Thereafter, a brief consolidation before buyers stepped in to push price back up to PW High where, once again, sellers stepped in to defend.
Attempts at a move towards 2024 VWAP were thwarted over the weekend; sellers smashed price back towards DQ VWAP, earlier today.
9.5W CVAH (as per @c2m) overlapped with PM VWAH, DQ VAH and PW VAH, giving a solid resistance.
Break of DQ VWAP and we may see early August lows.
