Hey @JagexSupport got hacked on my account IG Mythbran. Can you tell me how it happened? I have 2fa on both email and game, unique passwords on both, bank pin. Woke up to my password changed, 2fa disabled and 2.5b gone no notifications...

@Smushy_Cows @JagexSupport Use Runelite. The account I use for my rs account is in use for some other things. Would be nice to change it but that's not possible for some reason??? The passwords are randomly generated 20+ characters long. Guess rotating every month is the only way

Already did all of that and ran a virus scan on my computer. I'm back in control of the account, but it's cleaned. Do you have any logs to indicate what happened? I took every security precautions available for rs accounts and it apparently still wasn't enough. Confused
