This tree came down on Saturday (SE11 6UE, Hotspur Street) Today is Tuesday and nothing has been done? @LambethSE Tree is blocking access for emergency services to the estate, as well as the carpark and other services #fallentree#arborist#treesurgeon#shamebeth
@lambeth_council reported leak 2w ago, it will be 4 weeks before anything will be done! Despite 2 plumbers and 2 electricians later. Say hello to further property damage, further repairs, #damp and #mould. No wonder housing costs are out of control #shambeth#roguelandlord
5 weeks later and the tree is still here (although chopped up) and still blocking the path SE11 6UE. Come on and get it moved please. #shambeth@LambethSE#flytipping

@hold_bag@lambeth_council@mhclg Well essentially they are trying to limit people faulting things, by using an understaffed call centre, means savings and more savings for the council! I expect the link will be back up running on the 1st of April. And will be remove again when the circumstances suit them
Itβs now been nearly 4 months since we can not report repairs online @lambeth_council and they have only recently acknowledge it! Strange that the link was removed. #looksdeliberate. I mean how long does it take to add or send a link! Or include it the recent letter? #shambeth
@hold_bag@lambeth_council@mhclg Not recently, Iβm assuming the 20-30min call wait will be at-least double that now! My last completed fault took 4 calls, 3 days staying in and 2 no shows, and 3 months and 7 contractors! For something that can be fixed with a small part and a screwdriver! #shambeth
