Blackhawk helicopter - CRJ Regional Jet Crash
Everyone is baffled, the Blackhawk helicopter had plenty of time to go left, right, up down, stop, reverse to avoid the CRJ regional jet.

Well over 20 seconds and many are saying 'this was no accident' and the air traffic controllers should have seen the helicopter headed straight for the jet and recognized the emergency. (Apparently the the jet was carrying some russian figure skaters)
