Especially when intern and junior positions got eliminated with AI and out outsourcing to poor countries. Todays senior SWEs were hired with no experience, no knowledge as juniors a few years ago.

@skywind3000 Then how do flutter/ex-flutter devs are gonna bring food to their tables? Companies dont hire "Software Engineers", they hire by programming language. So you are stuck with whatever framework you've worked with at your company
