How ironic @YorkshireWater

Yet another day with zero progress, zero developments and zero reassurance.

Looks like another sleepless night is on the cards 😢
The more shares the better as it appears it’s the only way to get any help!

@RyanairPress @Ryanair your charges for changing a name ( before checking in passenger’s online ourselves) is extortionate. How you can charge this for a change in a computer system and an email is scandalous. £236.00!!!!

[Nicolette @N1c0lette]

@askryanair @RyanairPress @Ryanair see previous tweets. I stand corrected £219.96 to add luggage on one ticket. On top of £236 for one first name change!!!! WOW 😡@MailOnline @TheSun

[Nicolette @N1c0lette]

@askryanair oh and then £109 to add 20kg luggage to my sons ticket!!!! Absolute rip off. I would love a breakdown of what £236 entails (see previous tweet)!!!! Alongside £109 (although with luggage I can justify some cost - weight/fuel) but a name change!!!! 😡🤬

[Nicolette @N1c0lette]

@askryanair please advise how you can charge £236 for a name change on a flight (when online checking by ourselves hasn’t yet been processed). You are changing one name on a computer to another (surname is still the same) and re-sending an email!!! Absolute disgrace.

[Nicolette @N1c0lette]

@RyanairPress @Ryanair oh and another £109 to add on 20kg of luggage ….. you need to be more up front with your costs!!! It’s a disgrace
