Polymarket is the newest scam
“Trump declares war on Iran.”
Polymarket: “It’s not a war. It needs approval.”
“Trump nominates Kevin Warsh.”
Polymarket: “No approval needed.”
🚨 NEW: The White House nomination document lists 'Kevin Warsh, of Florida.'
Kevin Warsh was born in Albany, NY. Raised in Loudonville, NY. Stanford. Harvard. Morgan Stanley in NYC. Fed Board in DC. Hoover Institution in CA. Duquesne Family Office in NY. Lives in Manhattan.
A formal nomination to the U.S. Senate requires the correct state of legal residence. If this is wrong, the document is procedurally defective.
And @Polymarket just resolved a $617 million market based on it. Without checking. Without an oracle vote. Against their own primary resolution source which still shows nothing.
https://t.co/AQb6gaEKUl — empty.
https://t.co/pHah2yd0VG — empty.
State of residence — potentially wrong.
Three independent verification failures on a single document that moved $617 million in hours.

@shayne_coplan Your platform just resolved a $617M market without an oracle vote, against your own primary resolution source, in a review window nobody saw.
Your own UMA representative defended it with 'imo' and a hypothetical about an intern.
You told 60 Minutes Polymarket is 'the most accurate thing we have as mankind.' You told the CFTC you'd run a transparent, rules-based platform. @NateSilver538 staked his reputation as your advisor.
https://t.co/AQb6gaEKUl shows no Warsh nomination right now. Your rules say that's the primary source. Explain the resolution or void the market.
$617 million. Your rules. Your source. Your call.
@Polymarket@CFTC
A $617 million market. Zero oracle votes. Primary resolution source empty. No dispute notification to users. Review window nobody saw. Resolved in hours on a market with a 9-month deadline.
And when asked to explain, UMA's spokesperson said 'imo' and blamed an imaginary intern.
This is the platform asking Congress for legal legitimacy.
Thread below. Receipts included. @Polymarket — we're waiting.
Polymarket just set a dangerous precedent.
Surface level: they resolved “Warsh nominated” using SECONDARY reporting even though the rules say PRIMARY source = https://t.co/AQb6gaEKUl — and https://t.co/AQb6gaEKUl showed nothing.
But it gets worse: the “consensus of credible reporting” wasn’t independent confirmation. Reuters/Bloomberg/CNN/CNBC all echoed ONE origin point: a White House press release. That’s not consensus — that’s an echo chamber of a single interested party. It’s like asking the seller if the package was delivered instead of the buyer.
Then the oracle layer failed. UMA voters apparently didn’t verify the primary resolution source. They saw headlines and voted YES (twice). The one job of an oracle is to check the resolution source — not the vibe of the news cycle.
Even more absurd: they resolved a market that wasn’t finished. “Formally nominates” requires submission to the U.S. Senate. If the Senate hasn’t received/posted the nomination, the act isn’t complete — it’s in-process. Yet Polymarket ended the “game” at minute 80… with zero time pressure (market end date: Dec 31, 2026). They could’ve waited days for https://t.co/AQb6gaEKUl to reflect it.
This undermines prediction markets as “truth machines.” If a $617M market can be resolved off a press release that contradicts the primary source, what does that say about every other market? Who ensures the rules are followed? Who ensures oracle voters do the work?
There’s also a constitutional wrinkle: Polymarket effectively treated “the Executive says it happened” as equivalent to “the Legislature received it.” That collapses the separation the process is built on.
And finally: who profited from the timing? If anyone knew Polymarket would resolve off the WH release before the Senate processed it, that’s an insider-timing advantage — the exact kind of question regulators should care about.
Meta-ironically, the platform that sells itself as “trust data, not narrative” just trusted the narrative.
@polymarket@UMAprotocol@CFTC
Did we just witness a $617 million prediction market become a farce in real time?
Here’s what happened:
@Polymarket just resolved “Who will Trump nominate as Fed Chair?” to Kevin Warsh.
Their own rules define the PRIMARY resolution source as https://t.co/jDAEC4Hmsz
Click it. There is no Warsh nomination listed. None.
The rules say “credible reporting may also be used” — but that’s a fallback for when the primary source is unavailable. https://t.co/1hNwn1oy08 is live, updated, and functioning. It just shows nothing.
The secondary source wasn’t used to fill a gap. It was used to override the primary source. “Sent” is not “received.” The White House controls https://t.co/hP1ZdT9oql. The Senate controls https://t.co/AQb6gaEKUl. The rules chose the Senate.
If media reports can override the designated primary source, then anyone can resolve prediction markets with a press release. That’s not a prediction market. That’s a coin flip with extra steps.
Warsh YES bettors have reportedly not been paid out. The money is still in the contract. A snapshot rollback right now costs nothing. No one loses anything.
Pause payouts. Roll back. Follow your own rules.

Polymarket just resolved "Who will Trump nominate as Fed Chair?" to Kevin Warsh.
Their own rules clearly state:
"Formal nominations are defined as the submission of a nomination message to the U.S. Senate."
"The PRIMARY resolution source will be official information from the U.S. Senate (see: https://t.co/t9RdyTla74)"
Go check that link right now. I'll wait.
I’m going to be honest here.

Changing APY and inflation dynamics while pushing through Proposals 31 and 32 for $180,000 combined right as we’re heading into what looks like one of the most volatile months of the year across almost every chart feels reckless.
Timing matters. Markets don’t operate in a vacuum.
If we’re tightening inflation and altering reward dynamics at the same time we’re allocating significant funds, that requires extreme clarity and transparency. And right now, we don’t have that.
There’s no structured visibility around how ecosystem funds are being deployed. No clear breakdown. No defined reporting standards. Just allocations moving.
On top of that, marketing presence is nearly nonexistent. The founders’ X account shows nearly 400,000 followers, yet wallet participation numbers are dramatically lower — around 25,000 unique wallet IDs near TGE. That disconnect raises questions. Not accusations... questions.
When supply dynamics are shifting and capital is being allocated, we should be tightening communication, not loosening it.
This isn’t about attacking anyone.
It’s about risk management.
When: • rewards are reduced
• inflation dynamics change
• $180K is allocated
• marketing is weak
• transparency is limited
You can’t expect everyone to stay comfortable.
We need structured transparency around ecosystem funding. We need clarity around allocation. We need defined reporting standards. We need accountability mechanisms.
Not control. Transparency.
Because without that, it starts to look like money is being moved without visibility — and that erodes confidence fast.
If the network is strong, transparency should only strengthen it.
That’s all people are asking for.

Possibly the hardest IQ test in human history.

Ripple has held a national banking license since December 2025. Ripple is no longer just a crypto company... it’s a BANK.
Operating a settlement infrastructure for gold-backed stablecoins via Treasury Trust Bonds is now legally possible.
Judy Shelton’s vision exactly resolves the deadlock currently being discussed in the White House.
And she just happens to go on air on Fox News, one hour after the stablecoins meeting... after we haven’t heard from Kevin Warsh in over 96 hours.
Nothing to see here. Move along. 👀
I am pleased to announce that it is my intention to nominate Judy Shelton, Ph. D., U.S. Executive Dir, European Bank of Reconstruction & Development to be on the board of the Federal Reserve....
In the 1990s Whites would do their own thing, dancing freely and inventing moves on the spot in reaction to the music — but soon they were brainwashed into repetitive, mechanical, brusque, sharp, terse Africanized movements, cutting off their creativity.
