@kleeposting That being said there are a few good ones out there. It’s just sometimes people have such bad analysis/critique that it leaves you misinformed, and almost worse off. However, if you find someone good it can help you begin to get baseline knowledge on a topic.

Secondly, this dude is in biotechnology, specifically aquaponics. So, he’s not specialized in the field and therefore not an expert.

FDA is reliable. Regardless, that study was done by scientists/doctors not associated with either the FDA or a company.
