@comrade_goku 1st of all Punjabi and Bengali non Muslims didn't want partition but when partition of India became inevitable they decided that Punjab and Bengal should also be partitioned. They wanted to be with India and didn't want to be in Pakistan. So Punjab and Bengal were partitioned
