He sacrifices his life, his time, his peace, his very soul to a ledger entry, an electronic ghost that exists only as long as collective delusion and legal force sustain the mirage. The tragedy is not that he serves a cruel god, but that he serves no God at all, only the hollow echo of his own servitude, mistaking the clink of chains for the ringing of treasure

Most of trading is just being disciplined enough to say no to impulses. And part of that process means you have to relearn your relationship with losses, missed positions, mismanaged trades.
