@noon_cares My request was for someone more senior than the Escalation Department to call me. I was told to expect a call within 48 hours. Unfortunately I was called by the same department again, only to be told to wait another 48 hours for someone from management to call. Unbelievable.

@noon_cares Further to this, I was told a refund will be processed within 15-30 days. That makes it potentially two months due to incompetence on your part. Notwithstanding the fact what you sold me was a mobile phone that was recorded as stolen/blacklisted.

@noon_cares I got the call. as promised by noon (and not for the first time) I’m expecting action to be taken by midday tomorrow. I.e a refund to my credit card, along with a call from your senior team with regards to compensation.
