@rcb05 Tech is the Drunk Guy at the bar that all the normal people are trying to just ignore, but he’s yelling at the bartenders to pay your tab with his card so you’ll come fight him in the parking lot.
@James23Taylor @theoriginaljt82@bdl96satx The 3 years BEFORE NIL, A&M finished ranked 4th, 6th, and 8th in recruiting. Then 1st in the first legal NIL year. Then 15th and 19th immediately after.
A&M recruited plenty successfully prior to NIL, and has also struggled in the NIL era. Almost as if NIL is A factor. Not the.
@rcb05 Every social media memory I have of Brando is 1)him trying to belittle a fan or a reporter, 2)him getting unreasonably heated over something, or 3)him pushing some obviously outlandish take until 1 and/or 2 happens.
🇺🇸 🫡 42-year-old Cub Swanson announced his retirement. He’s a man with one of the toughest life stories in the UFC.
When he was just 3 months old, his father died of melanoma, and his mother became addicted to drugs. Cub was taken in by relatives, but that didn’t work out either, they divorced and returned the boy to his addicted mother. He ended up joining a street gang and even spent 1.5 years in prison for robbery.
None of that stopped him from becoming a good man. From the age of 19, he took care of children with disabilities, and later became a fighter. Cub built a legendary career in the world’s top promotion and became a caring father of three. You won’t see him in clubs or in crime reports.
Yes, he never became a champion, his highest achievement was reaching #2 in the rankings. But he entertained fans more than many champions ever did.
Happy retirement, Cub Swanson!
Well I suppose I learned last summer that life is short, definitely too short for holding grudges. So when @GamebredFighter said he wanted to sit down and break bread of course I took him up on it. Today he came to Wisconsin, sat down had some dinner and chatted it up. Turns out we have more in common than different 👊👊👊 Felt great to bury the hatchet and make a new friend. Life is too short to hold grudges, bury hatchets and move one with your life. So glad Jorge was able to come to Wisconsin today.
@rcb05@ZachCohenFB The stadium in the TV show was also referred to as “Hermann Field” in homage to George Hermann, the head coach at Pflugerville at the time and for 21 years as a thank you for how gracious and welcoming he and the staff were to the show.
@JoshPateCFB just wanted to share with you and all of Pate State that my four year old son is finished with chemo. His MRI and lumbar puncture showed no signs of tumor/cancer. Thanks for all the support from College football fans around the country. Love from St Jude Memphis
@Pure_Absolute@CM1559845 You think “early enrollee” is the same thing as “reclassified.” It’s not. Yes, the vast majority of high-end recruits are early enrollees. Early enrollees come in the spring of their HS Sr year. Reclassified recruits are HS Jrs graduating a year early. Very few reclassify.
