LOOK: Former representative of the second district of Caloocan Edgar Ranes Erice holds up a received copy of a letter to Commission on Elections (Comelec) Chairman George Erwin Garcia, with attached 14 Bahamas bank accounts allegedly containing bribes to a Comelec official relative to the Miru System automated election contract, at the Comelec head office in Palacio de Governador, Intramuros, Manila on Monday, July 15.

Erice urged Chairman Garcia to review a confidential document, which according to Erice needs prompt action to ensure the integrity of the electoral process of the Republic of the Philippines.
