It was warm and humid Monday morning, but the Dragons β high school and middle school β were back at it for summer workouts. Activities were underway at Dragon Stadium, the weight room and the competition gym as teams prepare for the upcoming seasons.

During a meeting Tuesday, three board members were sworn in for new terms. Farshid Niroumand was re-elected for the At-Large position. Leabeth Abt ran unopposed and was re-elected in District 2. Demond Jackson ran unopposed and was elected to a first term in District 3.
