Hydraulic Exchange Technique:

super useful in complex PCI/CTO work.

Quick way to get a microcatheter off a short wire without a 300cm wire, trapper, or trapping balloon.

Connect an indeflator to the microcatheter, pressurize to 20 atm (it drops constantly, so keep bumping it back up), and just open the Touhy and microcatheter will come out right away. The hydraulic force pushes the catheter back on its own while keeping the wire in position.
I don’t do it over a hydrophilic wire as it can jump forward and cause a tip perforation. I use a workhorse wire.

The more Tawḥīd, Sunnah and obedience there is in a country, the more that country is loved. In KSA, Tawḥīd is apparent and the Sunnah is apparent, so it's loved more.

Yes, there are sins, but the intelligent one looks at the overall good that is present. Tawḥīd is manifest; there are no graves being worshipped and no one besides Allāh is being called upon. Also, the Sunnah is manifest - banners of innovation are not being raised. In addition, there are many other forms of goodness that are apparent.

This doesn't mean that we be pleased with sins and we let them increase. No, rather we strive, and the least we can do is to supplicate for the well-being of the rulers and the country and that Allāh distances them from sins.

If a person is able to advise the ruler in a befitting manner, in a way that maintains his prestige and in private, then it's obligatory upon him to do so. And the one who is able to pass on the message to the scholars in a respectable manner, then that is what is obligatory upon him.

As for using sins that are happening in a country to destroy the country, then this is a corrupt way. Attacking the rulers and the country due to sins, making and spreading clips and speaking against them from pulpits, is a corrupt method and will not lead to rectification.

A Muslim hates all sins in all countries, and the presence of sins pains his heart. However, the righteous one seeking rectification employs legislated means to bring about change. He doesn't become happy when he sees sins and starts spreading them as if though it's ʿEid - "O look, such-and-such concert is happening". This is not rectification.

This is why the methodology of the Salaf is one which is sound and brings about rectification. The methodology of the Salaf is one which is just and balanced and it adheres to correct legislated principles.
