The issue I see on X is people get caught up in building a personal brand rather than their actual business.

Appearing to be, instead of actually being.

So we end up with business coaches that have built nothing.

People see through this lack of credibility. (I hope)

And that's why these people are not growing.

This is the reason I'm building outside X, and then come here to talk about it.

Sharing my stories, lessons, mistakes and wins.

People are too attached to followers and likes.

They want to be recognized.

Chasing status.

The thing is, you can only be truly recognized when you've actually built something real.

Something people can see.

Don't try to hustle to prove your credibility.

Hustle to build your credibility.

And then, people will come to you without the hustle. This is how you grow.

You have to do it in the right order, otherwise, it's not sustainable.

And I truly believe it's not fulfilling either. If the only thing you're chasing is views and likes, there is no way you find this enjoyable in the long run. And let's be honest, you can have a better purpose, something bigger than just likes.

Take your time.

Build that business.

Don't get sucked into social media.

Increase your circle of credibility over time.

And then, become the authority you want to be.

Do the work first. Then talk about it.
