ANTHROPIC JUST EXPOSED HOW BADLY MOST PEOPLE ARE PROMPTING CLAUDE.
Their applied AI team dropped a 24 minute workshop.
Free.
From the people who wrote the model.
Not a course creator.
Not someone who figured it out by accident.
THE TEAM THAT BUILT THE THING.
Here is what makes this uncomfortable to watch.
There are 6 elements to a properly structured Claude prompt.
Most people are using 1.
Maybe 2 if they are being generous with themselves.
That gap is the difference between Claude giving you something useful and Claude giving you something you could have Googled.
The people who watch this workshop tonight will prompt differently tomorrow morning.
The people who skip it will keep wondering why their outputs feel slightly off no matter how much they tweak the wording.
24 minutes.
Free.
From the only people on earth who know from the inside exactly how Claude thinks.
I watched it twice.
Then I built a Claude Skill that applies all 6 elements automatically so you never have to think about prompt structure again.
Every prompt you run goes through the framework without you doing anything manually.
Full guide and the skill setup is below.

Come back to it this weekend.
This is the thing that compounds.

How to change your entire life in one weekend:
Lock yourself in a room for 2 days with ChatGPT.
You’ll come out with a blueprint that could make you unrecognisable in a year.
Here's exactly how (10 steps):
1. Block out all distractions for 2 days. Cancel all plans.
2. Spend the entire weekend promoting. Feed an LLM your whole life, including:
• Business plans
• Financial situation
• Issues
• Strengths/weaknesses
• Goals
Keep asking it to ask you questions. Answer so many questions you're sick of answering questions.
Keep prompting after each batch: "Ask me 10 more follow up questions based on my answers. We're trying to paint a full picture of my life. Don't answer anything yet."
3. Once the quality of the questions significantly deteriorates/you start getting rephrased repetitive questions, it's a sign you've sent enough info (I'm not kidding, this takes more than a day in many cases - use voice memos to make it easier and more natural).
4. Let's say you used ChatGPT's o3 for this, now ask it to compile the ENTIRE chat history into a PDF.
5. Take that PDF, and send it to Gemini & Perplexity.
6. Get both of these LLMs to ask questions that o3 missed. Spend another few hours doing that using previously mentioned prompt.
7. Then, get them to create 2 additional PDFs with respective summaries, and combine all 3 to create a master PDF.
8. Now, prompt all 3 LLMs with that master PDF.
"This file contains an entire summary of my life. You now know more about me than any human ever has. Based on this file, give me brutally honest, life-altering feedback. Tell me my biggest strengths, my deepest weaknesses, hidden blind spots, and the beliefs holding me back. Then give me a strategic plan to optimize my career, relationships, health, and mindset over the next 12 months. No fluff. Be direct. Be detailed. Change my life.”
9. Based on the one which gives the best response (in my experience Gemini, but o3 is also pretty good), ask a serious of follow up questions to nail the specifics of each facet of your life. Whether it be a business plan, relationship plan, or another aspect important to you.
10. Then, get it to create a document with an exact step-by-step plan to improve your life. A comprehensive blueprint to change your life.
I just did this with my business, and wow. I think over the next few weeks you'll see some big changes to my brand/content, and hopefully the results speak for themselves.
Try it for yourself, and let me know what you think. It won't be easy, it's annoying (for those 2 days), but it could be the most life-changing weekend of your life.
This ugly little incels drawn to going on MAFS. Jake your hair for fuck sake. Tim dressing like 2016 Justin Bieber trying to squeeze into his ripped jeans. Bloody hell. #MAFSAU#mafsaunz#mafs
