Real Arsenal fans can see the pattern and sadly, it’s happening again. There’s a consistent issue in the way we handle transfers, especially with clubs that are unwilling to negotiate easily:
- Brighton for Caicedo
- Bologna for Calafiori
- Shakhtar with Mudryk
- West Ham with Rice
- Sporting with Gyökeres
- Now also Valencia with Mosquera
Each of these transfers has followed a similar script - tension, delay, and unnecessary drama.
Caicedo had to post a transfer request on Instagram, risking a fallout with his club, all because Arsenal wouldn’t pay a 5m fee
Calafiori literally begged Bologna to let him fulfill his dream of joining Arsenal, packed his bags, and refused to return to training.
Mudryk was pleading with Shakhtar’s president to let him leave and even cried on the plane heading to Chelsea.
Rice- we dragged the deal so much that city almost hijacked it, we refused to pay 70m for caicedo only to end up paying 105m for Rice… so much for a bargain 🙄
Mosquera has made it clear he wants Arsenal, yet we offered peanuts to Valencia, even when he’s very much cheap and affordable, now they’ve offered him a new contract and improved salary, if he accepts it, next season he’ll be Twice the price. See even mid table teams like Fulham & bretfords dnt low ball deals like this
Gyökeres has now cut ties with Sporting and won’t train or play again, even forfeiting his salary and we still can’t do our bit
Are we the Problem?
It’s high time this question gets asked!
This shouldn’t be how transfers end with broken relationships and players forced to choose between their dreams and loyalty to their clubs.
And unfortunately, the common denominator is Arsenal. It’s always a £3–5m fee gap being dragged for days. Why stress players who genuinely want to wear our shirt? Why create friction between them and their clubs?
I dont even wanna talk about how they don’t do this when it’s Chelsea rejects 😡😡😡
Arsenal need to do better. This is becoming embarrassing and cringe for a so called Big club. we’re not Sheffield United
@m8arteta ive been an arsenal fan for 20years and all i ask is to make the Gyokeres deal work and ill be content at our even though we havent won any trophies recently
My advice: Research platforms thoroughly. Understand smart contract risks and team credibility. Stay liquid to dodge bear market traps. Staking’s high yields don’t outweigh the massive downsides. Thanks for reading if you got this far.✅
I staked across too many platforms. Liquidating was a nightmare. Worse, some gave errors or locked funds. - Parallel Finance, Zilpad, Nighty Near Wallet, No hack, just stuck - possibly gone forever.🔒
