@newbalance why are you refusing to refund my shoes that are faulty after under a year? Customer service also exremely rude - Iโve been a customer for a long time but not any more. Pathetic service.
@santanderukhelp I did already and after waiting on the phone they said there was nothing they could do to help! I also did a bank which and this will leave me without access as it was planned for the 10th and I don't even have the login to access my new bank account :/
