Deeply disappointed with @AxisBank. Upgraded to the Horizon card on March 17, but the experience has been a nightmare of incompetence. While your system "congratulates" me on delivery, Speed Post tracking proves the card was Returned to Sender and delivered elsewhere.

I have reached out on mail to Mr. Vivek Katoriya Branch Relationship Officer, Mr. Dhawal Prakash Branch Operations Head , Mr Pradeep Singh Branch Head at the branch level, but have been met with total silence. Are these officers still active, or is your app providing outdated POCs? It is unacceptable that senior staff ignore direct escalations.

Furthermore, your customer support is dismissive. Despite providing clear evidence from the India Post website, agents repeatedly prioritize their flawed internal status over reality. I have been told to "email support," only to receive automated replies that ignore my documentation.

How am I expected to prove a negative? Should I send you a photo of my empty hands? Does @AxisBank @AxisBankSupport simply not trust its customers? I expect an immediate investigation into this delivery failure and a response from a human who has actually reviewed my tracking proof. #AxisBank #ConsumerRights #BankingFailure #RBI

@airindia Your email system is still sending "Terminal 2" notifications for LKO departure, even though operations have moved to Terminal 3. The App shows the correct info, but the email is outdated. Needs a quick fix to avoid misleading travelers!
