Comrade @GermanyinKenya embassy refused to take our petition claiming that they have strict instructions from @Diplo_Jazz that any kenyan should not be allowed in the premises to present the petition.

The security even went ahead to threaten us by bringing us a foreign security who told us to clear from the premises or else he will hold us incommunicado.

Our rights under Article 37 was infringed.

We are calling on to public at large to join as on Thursday to take this petition again to them.

Alfred Agoi, Musalia Mudavadi's man, is out as KenGen chairman. John Kipng’etich Mosonik was elected to replace him today, Nov 2.
The new CEO is Charles Rono Kibet. They are both qualified Kenyans. But their appointments offend Art. 232(1)(g) of the Constitution.
Agoi's exit came with the board "restructuring" in August. Three independent directors left together, and the chair seat has now been filled by a new face.
Ruto keeps preaching "Usawa ni Sawa." If equality means anything, it should show in who gets to sit at the table, not just in who gets shown the door.
