Rongai is not a real place , A monkey took my neighbor’s bra from the hanging line and put it in my wardrobe. I am finding it hard to explain to my girlfriend that no girl has visited my place. @KWSKenya please do something about this 🙏. I am under siege right now.
The Centre recently participated in the #LeadersTalkAfrica webinar organised by @civicadvisory, contributing to the discussion on “Deconstructing Terrorist Propaganda.” A key insight was that terrorists narratives thrive on emotional vulnerability & identity gaps. Countering them requires proactive, human-centered strategies as it’s not just messaging, but a contest over meaning & belonging. Strategic communication remains critical to disrupt this cycle. #IGAD #PCVE #StratComms

"Limited contribution by African countries to INTERPOL and AFRIPOL databases continues to undermine regional efforts to prevent and counter violent extremism (P/CVE). Without timely intelligence sharing, violent extremist actors exploit information gaps to recruit, mobilize, and operate across borders. There is need for law enforcement agencies to digitize their operations, strengthen inter-agency collaboration, and actively engage with regional and global policing networks." - AIGP David Wasswa, Director Counter Terrorism, @PoliceUg #LawEnforcement #PCVE
