On Dec. 22, the "#Decolonization Dialogues: Legacy, Challenges, and Progress" event, jointly organized by #NAMYO, @NAM_PNetwork, and the @bakuinitiative, focused on discussing the progress, challenges, and impact of decolonization efforts. 🙌🏼

Mr. Rustam Mahmudov from the NAM #Parliamentary Network, Mr. Abbas Abbasov from the #Baku Initiative Group, and Ms. Leyla Hasanova from NAMYO delivered opening remarks. Also, a video was presented, showcasing the historical backdrop of colonialism, #NAM’s endeavors in confronting colonial legacies, and the Azerbaijani Chairmanship's actions to combat #neocolonial practices.

October 25 marked the 4th anniversary of #Azerbaijan’i #NAM Chairmanship. Azerbaijan has spared no effort to promote #BandungPrinciples, to contribute to solidarity & to facilitate cooperation within the Movement. Among others, @NAM_PNetwork & @namyouthorg have been established.

On October 25, NAM PN meeting took place on the sidelines of #IPU147 in Luanda🇦🇴. Over 80 participants from 30 national parliaments & int. org-s attended event. Progress & future activities of the NAM PN under Azerbaijani chairmanship were successfully debated at the side-event.
