What is the point of having so many counters, if for 2 items we have to wait 15 minutes just to get it billed.

Please ensure at-least 3 counters are billing at all times.

metro starting from Mysore Road to Garudacharpalya until 9:10AM is always crowded at Garudacharpalya and all upcoming trains are full.

Please extend it to Pattandur Agrahara from 8AM at-least to ease this out

It starts from 9 am
But please start it from 8am

Needs cleaning and maintenance.
Waste and rice thrown in the bus stop and lack of footpath on the outer ring ring bus stop here.

came on the wrong side dangerously on a blind turn near Mekeri, Kodagu endangering two cars &used abusive language when questioned his driving.

Do not send such drivers who don’t know to drive in places like Kodagu
