🚨 A Texas 4-year-old got a THC lollipop at school.

This is exactly what SB 3 was designed to prevent. The Texas Legislature passed a bill to ban intoxicating THC products like gummies, candies, and drinks that can appeal to children.

Governor @GregAbbott_TX vetoed it.

Since hemp-derived THC became legal, Texas poison-control calls involving THC have nearly tripled—from 923 in 2019 to 2,592 in 2024. Calls involving children age 5 and under increased 495%!

Texas shouldn't be following California's path of normalizing high-potency THC products. We should be protecting kids.

How many more children have to be exposed before action is taken?
