@fuckyouiquit @RefrigeratedCat Now that I am in a truck stop, I am now realizing that the case of finding coverage ourselves and not having everyone's number is not true there... But management does take over shifts if they need to!

@fuckyouiquit @RefrigeratedCat It was normal in my store, but it was a tiny convenience store and had 5 employees (including management) & we all regularly hung out after work, so everyone had each others number and we would often find coverage then let management know. For our team it was easier that way 🤷🏻‍♀️

@natureworldtod1 The "tube of fruit" or whatever is still in stores.. it's concentrated juice. Didn't know they were a thing until I signed up for WIC after I had my son. Pretty handy things! Just add one can of water to it after it's thawed and you have juice!

@amtrekker Mine pretty much sleeps on the floor most of the time, by choice or by slinking off of the bed onto the floor (it's only a couple inches off the ground, hence "slink" rather than "fall")
