@rkwiese Interested in your opinion of customer care for Merillat. I am a very angry customer and have yet to have my project finished from 2/2019 - 7 months of misery!
@rkwiese So increasingly disgusted with Merillat cabinetry. 7 months of nothing but wrong! 6 doors-can’t locate no.7- 8&9 were to be ordered 2 weeks ago????
@Merillat I have been in contact with the area rep and now Daveda Hayford in Customer Care. She is actually assisting me where no one else seemed to be able to do so.
@rkwiese I strongly suggest you do some new training updates with your customer care team in Ohio and even your corporate office. I was not treated with any kind of “care” until reaching Daveda Hayford. My local rep from Omaha was not involved until Daveda and the quality walk.

@Merillat I am extremely unhappy with your customer care! I now have 6 cabinet doors for my pantry and only one matches the cabinets - takes 2 doors for my pantry opening! Would love it if you could take ownership of this epic fail and fix the problem!
